Fausto started his career in one of Europe’s most well-known engineering companies. He built a reputation for managing projects from planning to the execution stage. In 2006, during his tenure as Project Manager, Fausto was instrumental in developing the ATEX Manuals for Sines and Porto refineries for Petrogal and CEPSA.
Fast forward 11 years later, he landed on the shores of Namibia. The chemistry was electrifying.
For the last four years, he served as Project Manager and later as Commissioning Specialist for the Namibia National Oil Storage Facility in Walvis Bay. Working closely with the local community shedding light on the needs was one of the reasons why F. Mendes Engineering Consulting was established.

Born and bred along the beautiful Namibian coastline, Constance has worked in the hospitality industry both locally and internationally for more than 17 years. After building her career with some of the world's most prestigious 5-star brands, her desire to plough back into the Namibian community brought her back home. One of her most noteworthy projects was a hotel turnaround. This involved conducting a root cause analysis, strategic planning, and capacity building to overcome the shortfalls.
In 2018 she took the leap of faith and entered the entrepreneurial world, offering consulting services in her field. More recently, bringing to life her lifelong dream to establish her own accommodation business. Together with her husband, they have dreams to scale and grow.
Her experience in marketing and business development brings to life the developmental goals to both F. Mendes Engineering Consulting and those of our clients.
